CNC Milling and Turning

Utilizing our many years of experience along with CNC mills and lathes, Rob's Precision Machine is well equipped to offer all aspects of precision machining, fabrication, and production. We machine aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, steel, stainless steel, sheet metal, plastics, or any other material specified.

With our CNC machines, we are capable of machining large quantities of parts with greater accuracy and efficiency. Our manual machinery includes engine and turret lathes, mills, surface grinder, tool post grinder, band saws, assorted drill presses, grinders, belt sanders and sand blasting equipment.

Our ability to perform on-site sheet metal fabrication can save you time and money. Our tools include throat less sheers (curved and straight), a manual punch press, a notcher, a shear, and brake.

Our facility also includes on-site welding with the ability to mig, tig, or stick weld most metals. Oxygen and Acetylene are available for brazing and cutting.

For your convenience, we can quote any surface treatments required, such as, but not limited to, painting, powder coating, anodizing, chrome plating.

Our inspection department is equipped with all the tools necessary to ensure that your parts or assemblies have been completed to your satisfaction.
